Dubai is not even in top 10 places to do Skydive. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Yes, the in pictures it looks good, but it's from 12,000 and has a view of Skyscrapers and Palm Jumeirah. If you like those type of things. Apart from all the other suggestions, Queenstown, New Zealand is definitely one of the best places for a skydive. You will start from 1000 ft above the sea level and dive from 15000 Ft, from there, meaning from an altitude of 16,000! And the views are breathtaking! And if you are already there, try Bungy Jump from 135 Mtrs. That has 10x more thrill than skydive. Personal experience! :)
