Hi Here are a few things to keep in mind if you’re planning to trek to the Everest base camp. Make sure you bring enough cash with you. Pack a water purifier or water purification tablets. It’s very important to stay hydrated at higher altitudes so keep that water bottle close and keep swigging. Make sure you pack a map to stay on track. You won’t be showering much so keep wipes handy! If there’s a yak in your path make way. It’s all too easy to go toppling off the side if the yak is in a sour mood. You can buy all kinds of mountain gear in Kathmandu at reasonable rates.
