Hi! Bandhavgarh is located in the Umaria district of Madhya Pradesh. The main attraction here is the National Park which became a tiger reserve in 1993. It has one of the highest densities of tiger population in India. It is open to visitors from mid October till end of June. The peak time of tourism here is October to March. Also located here is the Bandhavgarh Fort, on Bandhavgarh hill. It is home to many of the endangered vulture species of India. It is situated in the very centre of the national park.
