Hello!
the shekhawati zone including jhunjhunu,sikar have really wonderful hawelis,which are so underrated,especially Nawalgarh,jhunjhunu. Banswara and dungarpur are kind of hidden gems of rajasthan,yet less spoken by travellers. Banswara has hundreds of icelands there and is comprised of beautiful small villages. apart of these,Bundi and jalore are no less to explore.
I am from Bikaner and the delicacy here is topnotch.

From personal experience, I would strongly recommend staying in a hostel. It is safer than staying with a family. For me, the biggest plus is that you can leave your valuables in storage. Usually travelers try to do with a minimum of things, keeping money on the bank card and a smartphone replacing the photo and video camera, and even - a laptop. However, any trip requires personal belongings, and a camera can't always replace a smartphone. The best time to visit Hampi is from October to February. This world heritage site is cool though not cold nor sweaty. Dry weather prevails all through the year in Hampi. Summers are scorching while rains are heavy.

The best time to visit this state is just after the monsoons between September to February where everything around looks more green than before. Being a tourist spot all through the year you can visit for summers though scorching would have a downpour almost every day, monsoons though viewing heavy rains still circulate cool, winters though chill still enjoyable amidst mist and fog.

Goa is a beach State of India filled with innumerable beaches besides forts, getaways and monuments to explore. On the other hand Gokarna is called as a place to visit if you have seen enough of Goa. Being a beach town, you are not short of beaches, nature, seafood to explore. I would suggest Goa, but if you have visited enough of Goa then Gokarna would be my choice.
