It is fine but currently it's not time to visit Europe. Best time is from April- September
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
The plan seems OK. But with kids, I would advise you to add Switzerland or Germany. There are many things for kids there. Avoid Europe from Dec to March. It's very cold and snow. For details on Europe trip planning you may check out my posts.

Hey, I've been to 6 solo trips this year - and here's what I'd suggest: 1. PACK LIGHT - always, a backpack with a small sling/satchel should suffice, even if it's a 2 weak holiday. Trust me on this, you don't want to carry a heavy suitcase, since many metro stations don't have elevators. 2. If you're in Europe, you won't have to purchase an international SIM card/data. Since most cities have free public wifi. 3. I always recommend people to stay in hostels when traveling solo - it's affordable, and totally worth getting suggestions from locals. You always end up making new friends there, so you won't really be alone. 4. Check out hostels on hostelworld.com, but reserve a room directly from the hostel's website, it's cheaper. 5. POWERBANK IS A MUST! 6. Avoid carrying too much cash, although all hostels offer lockers, it's a safer option to have a FOREX card with you. 7. WALK WALK WALK! The best way to explore a city is on foot - if the weather permits. You never know what you might discover along the way. 8. Be careful how, where and with whom you hitchhike. I usually pick families or an elderly person- Feels safe. Also, avoid hitchhiking on highways for long distance, it's mostly safe in Europe. But if you're traveling, you don't want to waste your time looking for a ride. 9. If you're traveling in Europe - Flixbus is one of the cheapest way to travel to different cities/countries. 10. Don't get scammed! There are people who'd ask you to hold a small bouquet/souvenir and expect you to pay. Just avoid, and continue to walk. 11. Always carry your hostel/hotel card with you, in case you get wasted, and can't remember your way back. 12. When in Europe, respect the traffic signals. Otherwise, you'll have to pay a heavy fine. 13. Tap water is safe to drink in Europe. In India, you know, it's not. 14. If you're a student, you get tickets at a discounted price in Europe. Ok, this is an unethical hack - but you can try to show a fake student ID card, and they MIGHT just accept it. Since they're not so strict about it. 15. ENJOY! Don't get bored even if you're alone. It's an experience in itself. 16. I usually travel by word of mouth. Every place(museum/park/cafe) I visit, I try to strike up a conversation with a fellow local/traveler, and ask what's the best place they've visited in that city. ALWAYS WORKS. 17. Don't be a creep in point number 16. 18. Check the weather of the destination before you pack. If it's mild and warm, I'd just carry 2-3 pair of shorts and multiple shirts/t-shirts. Honestly, nobody cares how you're dressed. 19. Always have some snacks with you in case you plan on exploring cities by foot. 20. You don't have to visit every tourist destination every day, sometimes it's okay to even just not do anything. 21. If it's your first solo trip, I would kind of advice you to plan it in advance. But sometimes it's better to not have a plan. Because you can't really predict how long you'd want to stay in a city you've never visited. 22. Spontaneous planning is fun, until it backfires. But hey, it gives you the thrill unlike anything else. 23. If you have any other questions, just inbox me!

1-BhagsuNag waterfalls. It involves a bit of hiking, so be prepared with good shoes. Also, if someone is asthmatic, make sure about his medical conditions before proceeding for the BhagsuNag waterfalls. 2-Trek to Triund- it is a 3-4 hour trek to the top of the Hills and then you can stay in a tent house. it's extremely cold at night, be prepared with your winter wears. Taking alcohol is not allowed. 3- Dalai Lama Monastery- it is a 2 storeyed Buddhist Monastery for spiritual relaxation and listening to Dalai Lamas wisdom and exploring the Tibetan culture. 4- Dal lake- although it was not as good as it's shown in the pictures, the water was dirty and receding. But the place surrounding is has good views and picturesque locations. 5 Naddi view point- just a few km ahead of dal Lake is the Naddi view point famous for picturesque locations. 6- St John's in the wilderness church- one of the most ancient churches since the British times.

Hey Rashmi, Italy is a. beautiful country! Here are the cities I'd recommend from my experience : - Turin - Bologna (day trip to Parma/Modena) - Dolomites - Florence (day trip to Pisa) - Cinque Terre (Must!! it's so much better than the touristy Amalfi) - Rome (day trip to Naples) - I'd advice you to skip Milan and Venice, for me, they're just extremely advertised and lack the charm it initially offered years ago. - Since you only have 1 week in hand, I'd highly recommend to only select 3 cities with 1-2 day trips. Trust me, you don't want to spend your time traveling from one city to another. And you'd definitely fall in love with each city, so you rather invest that time exploring it. If you have any f further questions, inbox me anytime :) Have fun! Cheers, Riya

Hi Rashmi! Italy is a must-visit country and is one of the most-traveled destinations in Europe. There are so many highlights in this beautiful country — the canals of Venice, the Tuscan wine lands, the cobblestone streets of Rome, the Arno river running through Florence, the cliffs of Positano making up some of my most memorable highlights. Florence was one of my favorite cities because of the architecture and natural beauty— the sun setting over the Arno River is something you can’t soon forget. You could spend days getting lost in the streets of Rome, but since you're short on time, I'd say two days is enough. The most picturesque spots in Italy might just be Cinque Terre and all the stops along the Amalfi Coast. Positano is the gem of the Amalfi Coast and is arguably the most picturesque and most romantic town in the whole of Italy. In short, you can figure out how much time you'd like to spend in each city depending on what kind of attractions you are looking forward to seeing. This is a skeleton that you can build on: Rome – Tuscany – Florence – Venice. This article shines some light on how to explore Italy in a short span of time and will surely help you figure out your itinerary. Hope this helps! https://www.tripoto.com/trip/here-s-how-you-can-spend-10-days-in-italy-for-under-rs-35-000-5be578bb13c9d Safe travels, ET

Hi, Prashanth! The local bus fares vary from operator to operator and also on the basis of the kind of bus (luxury/semi-deluxe/volvo). For Delhi-Rishikesh, fares range from ₹295-800, approximately. For Rishikesh - Joshimath, there is only one state-run bus that departs from Rishikesh between 06:10 am - 06:30 am and the bus fare may range from ₹ 300 - ₹500. However, frequent taxis ply between Rishikesh and Joshimath at very decnt prices.

upvoteUpvotemessageComment
जनकपुर से काठमांडू तक बस किराया 500 से 1000 रुपये तक साधारण, डिलक्स किराया लगता है। कम बिजी टाइम पर किराया कम रहता है।

Depends how many days you have.?? So basically we went from Bagdogra to Darjelling and went to the market and tea garden there is much activity you can do. You can travel to kalimong and so to view point to see Kanchanjunga peak. You can also explore Pelling. so 3 days for three places and actually darjelling is a one day thing...
