Usually, activities like desert safaris are not pre-booked. Once you reach Jaisalmer, you should contact your camp/hotel or ask around locals. Alternatively, you could check out these camps in Sam where you could stay at!

Checkout with some safari agent in jaisalmer to get detailed information

We booked for both in advance, however u can easily find loads if travel agents who arrange such tours in short notice. Do check about the boat type before making the bookings. Hi Neelam, Rann utsav is the peak time for tourists in Rann of Kutch and lots and lots of tourists visit around that time so the prices are actually higher than usual during that time, there is not other way to do this trip without spending bucks. However you can take you tents if you want to save on accomodation and stay in your tents after asking from the authorities or in hotel premises after paying them some amount.

Hi Suvajit, I am planning for January (during the full moon). Also what I have found after a bit of research in the internet is that the Rann Utsav is very over-hyped, kudos to their excellent PR. The tent city of Dhordo is so overcrowded during this time that you won't enjoy the calmness and serenity and even the 'rann' is not white there anymore. If you are on a stringent budget, I suggest you to make Bhuj as your base and do day-trips from Bhuj to Mandvi, Kalo Dungar (the highest peak in Rann of Kutch) and Dholavira. However, if you want to experience the traditional festival and get that vibe, do stay in the tent city of Dhordo and I am sure you will definitely have a different experience!

Well there are no certain things to do to get paid to travel. It is not like you'll do nothing but travel and someone will pay you. If you're not interested in vlogging or content wise travelling, You can try 1. Teach English; as an english teacher you can travel to Asia, Africa and South Americas and get paid. 2. You can try Airlines, to be an air-attendant, they mostly travel to many destinations and in short vacations, you can enjoy different countries. 3. If you have enough followers in Instagram, you can be an 'Influencer', though there's a flood, but if you are lucky, you can get a chance to promote some places or brands to earn cash or free press trips. 4. You can become a tour guide, start with your native and known places, then incresing to your country and internationally hopefully. 5. If you love babies and do not fear babysitting, you can try au-pair, its like an international nanny, who lives with a family for a short period to take care of the babies in exchange of travel, living, food and pocket-money. May be this answer help you, Thanks. ????

Hi Sushmita, the temperature is between 0 to -8 degree celcius during the months of december, s o you must carry heavy woolens. In remote mountains the temperature drops below -20, so if you are planning to visit those places carry extra heavy clothes with thermals. Also you must buy a sim as soon as you land in Uzbekistan, you can get the local sim from the airport itself.
