Terund Treak can be best enjoyed if you stay at Tirund over night and witness the Sunrise. It takes about 4 hours of treaking from Mcleodganj to cover about 9 kms of distance. So I would suggest the following itinerary. Day 1. Arrival at Mcleodganj and leave for terund treak overnight stay there. Day 2. Return to Mcleodganj and discover local cafes at Mcleodganj. Day 3. Dalai Lama Temple, Bhagsu Fall, Dal Lake, Naddi view point and in evening enjoy Night Life at Mcleodganj. Day 4. Explore Dharmsala city and visit Dharmsala Cricket Stadium and Kangra Fort. Day.5 Kareri River Treak.
Hey Sandeep, I too did my first solo trip this year to Triund and it was a wonderful experience. In my suggestion 5 days is too much for Mcleodganj as you'll be able to cover all the tourist places along with the trek in max 3 days. On my first day i arrived in morning in Mcleod and stayed at the Zostel. After breakfast i went to Bhagsu Nath waterfall Shiva cafe and explored the mainsquare market and the monastery. After lunch at the mainsquare returned back to the Zostel. Then in the evening went to the sunset view point, and in the night played cards and sang songs with the fellow members at the zostel. Next day after breakfast started with my trek. I was lucky as it had snowed just few days ago so even experienced what its to trek in snow. Camping was closed at the time so had to descend the same day. Spent the rest of the day making friends in the zostel. Next day i explored the markets and visited 2 really famous cafes, Common Ground and Iliterati. Do visit them. I had my bus for evening so returned back to Delhi the next morning. Just one thing, go unplanned and you'll enjoy the most!!

A trip to Pondicherry can cost you anywhere from ₹30,000 to ₹50,000, depending on the duration and accommodation options. Here is a short itinerary you can follow.
On the first day, go for a walk across the French Colony of Pondicherry. Also, witness the colourful lanes and architectural heritage of Pondicherry.
On the next day, you can embark on a cycling tour in Pondicherry. You can also visit some sightseeing destinations such as Sri Manakula Vineyagar temple and Banyan Beach.
You trip is incomplete without visit Auroville.
Reserve one day for cafe hopping and visit Buddha Gardens.
End your trip by attending cheese-making or dance workshops.
The best way to travel for free (or cheap) is to hitchhike, Couchsurf, and use Workaway. With Couchsurfing you usually exchange culture and maybe cook or give a gift to your host. So it is not entirely without money. But the gifts is not expected. Workaway is a great way to travel because you volunteer in exchange for food and accommodation, so usually you stay for more than a week. It also feels better and not like you're free-loading. You can also look at Petsitting or Housesitting. Another option is to take a tent and walk/hitchhike/cycle. You can wild camp and will only need to pay for food which can be very cheap in Asia and Africa. I've done all of the options and honestly, even though you don't need money to travel, it makes it easier. Sometimes there won't be someone to host you, or give you food. Or sometimes you need a break from people. It is very stressful to rely on other people the whole time. I recommend working and saving a little bit of money (just enough for food) and then starting your trip. Look up Alistair Humphreys. He walked through Spain with no money! Good luck with your adventure!
It depends yaar. If you book hostels through hostelworld.com your accommodation will be relatively very cheap and if you try couchsurfing your total accomodation will be free plus you get the advantage of staying with a local and know more about Swizz than Google. For transportation you can depend on Swizz Pass and a four days pass will cost you anywhere between 15k to 20k. The advantage of these passes are with this you can travel for free in bus, train and ferries and will get free entry in many famous museums. Food being a personal choice and hence if you carry around 35k i hope you can easily manage your travel, food and some sovereign purchases.
It depends on the kind of travel and plans actually. but on an average you will need 50 swiss franc in a day so that's about 350 swiss franc. So you can convert about 25k inr for travel. It you travel budget it might cost 15k to 20k INR only and of you are luxury traveller plus shopping it might go up to 35k INR upwards.
Try Q Mango forest near Ramanagara, They're providing some fun activities like Zip-lining , Rock rapelling, and others along with a tent stay. Much recommended for big groups.
It might be possible due to slow internet connection coz exactly same has happened with me too when i was trying to post it with slow internet.
and it might be stored in draft so you can edit it and post it again
