It depends on the location. Normally, if it snows heavily, the telecom is affected badly, no signals and internet for a day or 2. However, in some remote areas only BSNL will work, like the Lahual and Spiti Valley or Leh Ladakh. Kullu valley has a good reception of all Airtel, Voda,JIO . If you go beyond Manali, the reception will be gone once it snows. So, before going anywhere, call your hotel or home stay owner for a brief overview.

Hi Shweta, USA is a pretty big and there are must visit places in almost every area. So it is quite difficult to narrow them down. You could search based on whether you want to visit the East Coast or the West Coast. On the East Coast you definitely want to visit New York, Boston and Portland. All of these can be covered in the same trip along with some weekend destinations. Check out my posts on these places - https://www.tripoto.com/trip/a-new-york-minute-5b859145040dd https://www.tripoto.com/trip/sailing-through-portland-5b87c2bd7762e https://www.tripoto.com/trip/hello-brooklyn-5b85546190c70 On the West Coast, you'd definitely want to visit San Fransisco, Los Angeles, Vegas and the Grand Canyon.

If you are a budget traveler then I would suggest choosing homestay rather than a hotel. There's an Uncle John Homestay at Baga beach with a very affordable rate and the location is also best. Or Zostel is also an option for a cheap stay Good Luck!! Happy Traveling!!
