It was an another organization this time for me to deliver my analytical skills and communications to but with the same luring genre in corporate i.e "Remote". I was both happy and excited but with some more experimentations in my mind. . This property is on the road which goes towards "The Secret Waterfall" which makes the location very premium. There are a lot of properties in the vicinity but because of excess of players in the market they loose out there USP, however UbEx remains on the very good spot in the arena. It was very nice to know from Samarth ji that how he took this property on lease and then took over it as an owner in short span of time.

. Residing at Ubex comes with some natural and organic freebies which i enjoyed a lot. Even i had the berries from market in the city but the one which were plucked out of tree in the property were of different taste, more organic and tasty. Moreover the therapeutic sound of the 24*7 flowing water just adjacent to the property is a sound healing in itself.

Picturesque mountain view from the terrace is one thing which I witnessed every day and night. Sitting after works on terrace and just looking at the mountain which seems to be sometimes only a stone's throw away was very mind calming for me.

It was not that city life was cut out from the daily life. There are numerous cafes and sitting arenas where I was able to enjoy everyday cafe food and beverages but personally i found the Cafe area of UbEx vast and spacious. The beautiful wall art of lord shiva sets the vibe very colorful and happy. Low floor sitting at the cafe took me to the childhood days when meals were taken sitting at ground folding both legs. Lights, music and good menu made this cafe a hit within premises.

For a person like me sports , calisthenics, athletics comes very evident when I am outdoor. Team UbEx is full of young bloods who are enthusiastic about fun and play time. I enjoyed a gamut of indoor and outdoor games which included chess, badminton and trek to the secret waterfall.

Overall it was a fun and calming experience for me to stay here at UbEx. The vibrant team members along with talented chef making some mouth watering delicacies such as baigan ka bharta makes it a must to go long stay property.
