So I want to write about this amazing place to stay we found out in Deolo, Kalimpong, West Bengal. The Hotel (Deolo Cliff Eco Resort) has an excellent location 7 km away from the main town which is pretty remote. However, this also gives an opportunity for amazing views of the Kanchenjunga and Teesta together if the weather is lucky for you. Hence, it is a good choice for those who want a serene, peaceful vacation away from usual hustle and bustle. The Delo park is within walking distance for those who can walk (around 2 km uphill). You may expect no TV connection or poor internet connectivity which is good in a way that will force you to connect with nature :) However, always be prepared with your medical kit in case of any emergency as the city is not within easy reach and one is dependent on the hotel transport to take you to the city hospital services. There is no emergency medical facility at the hotel either. So be careful and enjoy the view. Best time to visit: After Laxmi Puja or in Winters for best view.
