Discovering 'Green Relaxomorphins' in Jagale-Coorg

Relax- That word that gets amplified seeing the greens by the wayside on a road trip. These greens would go on to define the trip for me!

Dinner Time at Jagale Homestay. You end up finding a new family everytime you come here. All the guests and hosts end up bonding over great food (Veg and Non Veg served separately)

Discover the Buddha in you. The Homestay's mezzanine floor is a beautiful library of sorts. I found Pele's biography and a few Photography Books to relax and read.

Post Dinner, we sat in the sit out area by the garden, with magazines and stories from the hosts Pavita and Ramesh on Coorgi festivals, how the warrior clan has sport as part of its blood and stories from their estate of the local village of Balele and Nittur.

A little further down the estate, it leads to beautiful paddy fields of green. Its just been a few hours since we came, and the 'relaxomorphins' are well and truly settling in our bodies. No 3G, No Wifi, No Honking. So you now the formula for peace now?

Behind the estate is the Nagarhole Reserve Forest. Beautiful Paths to go on random drives!

Good Byes are tough to stay here, given the warmth that we made with our guests/neighbours/hosts. We were full of love and 'green relaxomorphins' which would get extinguished as soon as we make our way through the chaos of the city drive.
