- Refundable security deposit of INR10,000 per bike in cash for bike damage/transfer of the bike if you leave in between the tour

- Cost incidental to change in itinerary due natural calamities and alterations beyond human control on account of flight cancellation, bad weather, road blocks or health issues
- Any kinds of other personal expense such as laundry, telephone calls, tips etc.
The group shall be of minimum 6 participants. Age limit for participants for our Ladakh programs shall be 18 or above
Original driving license and valid photo ID proof is compulsory to be brought during the journey, absence of which participant shall be liable to pay penalty charged by checking authorities. Wearing a helmet is mandatary
Schedules may be revised/altered as per the unexpected situations or unforeseen conditions of weather, we shall give our best shot to serve you
Any additional expense due to bad weather, natural calamities or any reasons beyond human control, road blocks, flight cancellation or health issues shall be charged extra. Nor we or our associates suppliers/ hotels shall be responsible for additional expense/obligation
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to departure: 10% deduction of tour cost
Between 30 to 15 days prior departure: 40% deduction of tour cost
Less than 15 days: no cash refund
