Beyond Solar Power: Enhancing Visitor Experience and Sustainability:

The Green Heritage Project isn't just about harnessing the power of the sun. It's a holistic endeavor aimed at enhancing the visitor experience and reducing the ecological footprint of tourism in the area.

One of the project's crown jewels is a solar-operated reverse osmosis (RO) plant that provides tourists with access to clean drinking water. Three conveniently located water kiosks ensure that travellers can quench their thirst while exploring the temple complex, all while contributing to a sustainable ecosystem.

In a world rapidly shifting towards clean transportation, the Green Heritage Project doesn't fall short. A dedicated parking shed equipped with three charging units now exists to facilitate the recharging of electric vehicles, encouraging both tourists and locals to embrace sustainable choices.

Other Eco-friendly Initiatives at the temple:

Apart from its green energy transformation, the Shore Temple has also embraced eco-friendly practices. Waste management and conservation efforts are in place to preserve the temple's pristine surroundings. Visitors are encouraged to be responsible and eco-conscious during their visit.
