- No hotels or services has been booked or blocked.

- Blocking of your services will start on providing your identity proofs and advance payment.

- Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.

- Compulsory Gala Dinners is supposed to be paid directly at the hotel unless it is mentioned in the inclusions.

- Company will not be accountable for cancellation of the tour due to natural disasters or government regulations imposed during or before the tour.

- Quote offered to you is dynamic until the services are blocked.

- Any kind of detour during the tour will be charged directly by the driver.

- Early check in and late check out is subject to availability.

- If you are travelling during monsoon season the sightseeing tours will be conducted depending upon the weather conditions.

- Flight rates are dynamic and cost may vary at the time of booking.

- International package rates are based on current ROE.

- Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond company's control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.

- The vehicle will be available only till 8pm for domestic tours.

Applicable in medical emergencies

* If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

* If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

* If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
