I visited Bir Billing last month. My trip duration was for 2 days. I travelled by bus overall experience was awesome. Bus will drop you at Bir.
After reaching Bir I booked a taxi from Bir bus from which took Rs.150 to drop me at paragliding landing site.
Near to the paragliding landing site you will get to explore lots of mesmerising cafe's.
I stayed in camp in my days 1 of travel. During the night i explored multiple cafe's.
For the paragliding I would suggest to pick early morning slot because weather is very unpredictable there, also in the morning you will get to see beauty of the small village. Paragliding will charge cost you Rs 3500/person.
