If you are a dimsum fan,  look no further. Royal China, a fine dining restaurant located  in the luxe Chanakya mall of New Delhi, will not disappoint you. Here the diners are pampered in true Royal style with delicious food, stellar service and warm aesthetic interiors.

I visited last evening for a special Dimsum feast since the restaurant has been on top of the diners list for their Dimsum menu since past several years.

Earlier the restaurant was located on the 16th floor in Nehru Place and was known as a  picture-perfect Dining Destination offering stunning views of the city, including Lotus Temple. Now at the Chanakya Mall, it continues to win the hearts of its patrons. My feast started with Dumpling Soup which was a perfect beginning to a sumptuous dinner.

I tried a platter of vegetarian dimsums which had about 8 varieties, each one bursting with fresh  flavours. My favourites turned out to be soft and cheesy 'Spinach and Cheese Dumplings' and 'Truffle Water Chestnut and Sweet Pea Dumpling' - just perfect for my palate.

Coming to their Signature section of Cheung Funs I will recommend 'Crispy Dough Cheung Fun' which was steamed rice paper wrapped around crispy spring roll sheet filled with crunchy vegetables.

For asparagus lovers,  'Asparagus and Shitake Cheung Fun' - steamed asparagus and Shitake mushroom wrapped in rice paper, is a perfect choice. There were a lot more variety but I had to keep some for my next visit. However, the best part about having these is the flavour created by pouring fresh sauce on top at the table. By the way, the in- house sauces including the chilly paste, are irresistible.

In non veg category, the choices are equally impressive. My friends tried the non veg classics from Prawn Har Gow and Chicken and Chive Dumplings and a lot more. Needless to say, they were elated with their choices.
