There is much controversy about the highest dam in the world. Some think it is the Rogun dam in Tajikistan, which is also listed as the highest dam in the world. However, that was only the projected height of the dam till 1993, when it was destroyed in a flood. Post that, the dam is still in its construction stage. Thus, it is actually the Jinping-I dam, built in 2014, which is the highest dam in the world. It has a 305-meter tall arch and is a major source of energy for industrialization, urbanization etc.The fact that the impoundments of the Jinping-I dam have allegedly been linked to a series of earthquakes is another reason that arouses mystery and interest around the dam.How to reach: You can visit the Jinping-I Dam by going to the Sichuan Province, where the dam is.
Our favorite sushi restaurant in New York City is Kura, which is located in the East Village. The storefront is non-descript, without any signs indicating you have reached your destination. As you walk down the street, looking for the correct address, keep your eyes open. The door for Kura is located behind drape that is decorated with an almost complete circle. The unadorned exterior matches the minimalistic interior. Inside, you will encounter an extremely straightforward sushi bar. There are 12 seats at ths sushi bar and a single four-top. Although Kura is very intimate, the atmosphere is unpretentious. The restaurant is tiny, but this lends itself to an incredibly thorough and personalized dining experience. Because of this, we got to chat with Chef Norihiro Ishizuka and his staff throughout the meal. The chef and staff hail from Michigan and we are so thankful that they decided to move and open this restaurant in Manhattan. Chef Ishizuka makes you feel like you are a guest in his home. Kura is all about the sushi. The sushi is extraordinary and the price for the omakase style meal cannot be beat. The meals start at $65 per person! Seriously! Omakase starting at $65 in NYC?! It’s true! What makes this even more insane is that the quality and variety of the fish is exceptional. We’ve been to countless sushi restaurants and Kura offers the best all-around experience for the price. If we get a craving for sushi, this is the only place we want to visit in NYC.
Tokyo Stock Exchange
We arrived on time in Tokyo Stock Exchange, but because the security on the front door need to check us one by one before entering to the Tokyo Stock Exchange, made us 5 minutes late from the schedule. Tokyo Stock Exchange is very quiet and only a few people were there. It has a very unique architecture design, full of glass and it has a big display of the price’s stock. The employee explain to us about how the Stock Exchange works, and some theory and application if we want to invest in stocks. After the tour, we had a simulation about Stock, and guess what? I rank number 2 ! I was shocked at myself, because I didn’t really know about stocks, I just read what’s on screen and go with my instincts. Guess I really have a good instinct, am I not ?

The stations are huge and there are loads and loads of people who commute. The stations are too crowded. I reached Guangzhou in afternoon and by metro reached my destination where my hotel was located .
许留山's curried fishballs, cuttlefish and radish! Love this, curry wasn't that spicy though but super tasty! Wanted something hot for supper so I got Taro Paste with Chestnut. Not the healthiest but definitely very flavourful! Love how it was filled with chestnut (like those peeled packet chestnuts you get outside) and soft yam cubes. Sinfully good! Damage (cant remember price for Yu Dan): HKD35 Rating: 8.5/10
