1. Bir Billing, Himachal Pradesh
Located near mesmerising Kangra Valley, Bir is a picturesque village in Himachal Pradesh. With over 11 paragliding options Bir is known to as the paragliding capital of India! Fly over the lush green mountains of Bir as you watch the sunset painting the sky with vivid colours!

2. Panchgani, Maharashtra
A small hill station in Maharashtra, Panchgani is a winter getaway destination. This place is great for both training and flying. Surrounded by greenery Bhilar, Khinger and Tapola are the best locations for flying with November to February the best months for paragliding in Panchgani.

3. Arambol, Goa
Goa, a place where everyone wants to visit for its blue shores, food, parties and water sports. But did you know that Arambol is known for its paragliding with eye soothing views over the blue shores and palm trees Arambol. Reserve your evening to experience the perfect sunset from up above as you fly over the lush green tropics and Arambol beach in Goa!

4. Ranikhet, Uttarakhand
If it’s your first time paragliding, Ranikhet is the perfect place for you. Known to be one of the safest sites for paragliding, Ranikhet is a go-to destination for adventure seekers. Known as Queens Land, this place can be visited during all seasons of the year!

5. Nandi Hills, Karnataka
Located in Bangalore, Nandi Hills is the perfect location for adventure seekers such as trekking, camping and paragliding. Take off to a soaring height of 1,400 metres above the Nandi Hills! Locals can visit Nandi hills over the weekends for camping and opt for paragliding in their day activities.

6. Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand
Blessed with natural beauty, Pithoragarh is at an elevation of 1,514 meters above sea level. A small town in Uttarakhand, the valley is the perfect place for paragliding surrounded by nature.

7. Manali, Himachal Pradesh
Manali is known to all for being a welcoming tourist location. But it is beyond that, making it a right place for thrill seekers and adventure junkies! Locations such as Solang valley, Fatru Mountain, Gulaba, Kullu and Naggar have some mesmerising views to die for!

8. Sanasar, Jammu
The land of Located in Patnitop, Sanasar is a great choice for paragliding. Best time for paragliding are from May-June and September-October. Fly over the majestic mountains and lush green valleys of Jammu.

9. Gangtok, Sikkim
A mystical land of monasteries, mountains and momos. Sikkim is definitely a place that needs no introduction. Gangtok being a relatively new destination for paragliding you can now fly over the mountains range!

10. Shillong, Meghlaya
Known to be the Scotland of East, Shillong is blessed with diverse flora and fauna. Located 1,400 metres above the sea level, Shillong has blissful views to offer as you fly up above in the sky! Trek though the dense forests of Shillong or fly over them, this location is a must visit if you are an avid paraglider! Visit during the summers for clear skies and views!
