1. Into The Mind - 2013

Mountains, Ski, Adventure, Thrill, Avalanche, Prayers, Survival and Passion. This documentary is all about living your dream and take it to another level. The cinematography is so awesome that it will make you forget your name for sure.

2. The Ridge - Danny Macaskill

Danny Macaskill is one of my favourite extreme sportsperson. Whenever I feel low, I watch his documentaries. Just watch this one and I am sure, you are going to bite your nails. After watching his clips, you will surely start saving for your new bicycle.

3. Walking the Himalayas - Levison Wood

You must have heard about his book but have you watched this 5 part series on discovery channel? Crossing the entire region of Himalayas just by walking is the craziest thing one can attempt but this guy did it. From Afghanistan in the west to Bhutan in the east. He crossed 5 countries(Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Nepal & Bhutan) and covered 1700 miles in just 4 months with the help of local guides, tribes and soldiers. People who are in love with the mountains, must watch this one.

4. Blindsight

Person who has Asthma, Person who has no leg, Person who is vegan climbed the Mount Everest, we heard such motivational stories so many times but have you heard about the blind teenagers who climbed the Everest. This movie is about 6 blind Tibetan Teenagers whom people thought they are possessed by demons and are guided by Erik Weihenmayer, the only blind mountaineer to have successfully scaled Everest.

5. Sharkwater

A biologist Rob Stewart travelled to various islands to capture something very unusual about Sharks. Yes, he was working on this project just to prove to people that Sharks are not dangerous creatures at all. Unfortunately, he died this year only but his documentary will surely make you fall in love with this beautiful creature.

6. Great Wide Open

I am sure you have never seen the adventurous side of Jared Leto(Star of Dallas Buyer's Club). This multi part documentary is directed by Jared Leto and captured the America's Great National Park with different and some of my favourite climbers like Tommy Caldwell, Renan Ozturk, Alex Honnold etc. Those majestic views, wildlife and nature in this documentary will give you inner calmness.

7. Nordfor Sola(North of the sun)

Two guys who spent 9 months of their life in an isolation and extreme cold somewhere in the arctic just to live their dream. Watch their survival story with their surf boards and finest surfing waves.

8. 20 Seconds of Joy

The 31-year-old Norwegian B.A.S.E. jumper and freeskiing legend Karina Hollekim is like a bird. People like me who like drama, tragedy, emotions, joy, passion and euphoria must watch this one. She has faced every challenge even a close death experience in 2006. Watch her flying in this documentary.

9. Sherpa - 2015

If the people who climb The Everest are heroes then Shepas are god. Yes, they are the people who made everyone climb the Everest, they respect & take care of this beautiful mountain and they are the one who don't get famous even after climbing so many times. Don't forget to watch their efforts.

10. Under an arctic sky

Chris Burkard- Author, Adventure Photographer, Director, Speaker and inspiration for so many adventurers out there, is going to release his documentary very soon so till the time complete movie is out just enjoy the trailer.
