Day 1
I took bus from Bangalore to Coimbatore in morning 9 am. It costs me 500 INR to reach Coimbatore and drive was safe and good. Journey was of around 6-7 hrs. Then from Coimbatore I took bus to Isha yoga centre at 6.40pm. There are buses to isha yoga centre every 30 mins from gandhipuram bus stop.
I stayed at Isha yoga centre for 2 day and experienced what yogic culture is and how to meditate. All Information related to Isha yoga centre is on their website. Adiyogi statue is the part of ISHA YOGA CENTRE. It was quite a spiritual touch to life one should definitely try.
