During my trip to Beijing, I wanted to see what this whole hullabaloo of the Chinese food is about? So, I made my way to Wangfujing Snack Street, and it lived up to my expectations of being uniquely weird. I saw Cow's stomach, Spiders, Snakes and Centipedes and what not.
Initially, the smell of the cow stomach's broth hit me hard, and I wanted to puke, but then I just took a deep breath and carried on. I guess its called stepping out of the comfort zone and explore the unimaginable - what if I am talking about food.
