Hi, There are many places. If want to select India then may be Manali, Shimla, Mussoorie, Nainital and other hill station nearby Delhi.
Or you can choose Rajasthan.
You can also select Mumbai, Lonavala, Goa. Outside India you can choose Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia or SriLanla (Which is quite pocket friendly as well as beautiful). I am adding some reference link.

Goa will be best for Christmas . Nice weather and due to the presence of lots of christian and foriegners , you will feel the Christmas vibes over there . Goa is known for it's Christmas Carol.
