Hi Sreya! Pondicherry is a very small place and I am sure you must already know the common places and things to do. So, let me suggest you few interesting things :-
1. Must try food in Cafe des Arts
2. Surfing (if you are interested) at Serenity Beach ( Look for Kallialay Surf School)
3. Try buffet at the Promenade with the sea view (awesome sea food)

Apart from the ones already listed..I'd suggest go and visit pichavaram mangroves. it's a 2 hr drive from pondy and is a completely different exp altogether.
