For kasol i would recommend you Rainbow Hotel (Coast around 500 -1000)

Either have a direct flight to Shimla or Chandigarh. From Delhi or Chandigarh take a bus to Bhuntar and from there to Kasol. For stay, please check oyo rooms, they offer heavy discounts at present
