Our rough itinerary: Day 1: Delhi to Paris Day 2: Paris Day 3: Paris to Grindelwald Day 4: Grindelwald Day 5: Grindelwald-Lauterbrunnen-Zermatt Day 6: Zermatt Day 7: Zermatt to Florence Day 8: Florence Day 9: Florence to Rome Day 10: Rome (Rome to Delhi if the flight is late at night) Day 11: Rome to Delhi --- Does it look too rushed? We are planning to use public transport, so which options are best along each of the routes? Are budget flights are cheaper than trains? And should we book well before travel? Any other advice? Thanks in advance!

Start by arriving in Paris. You need three days to spend here. From here you could reach Switzerland spend three days and then move to Rome spend three days from there take your flight back home. There are lot of packages available or you can go in person to any travel house to discuss about the itinerary. They will guide you, and accordingly you can plan on your own. From Paris we took a bus to Switzerland on the way we stopped at Brussels for a day and proceeded towards Swiss alps. For this plan, we approached a travel house and they helped in our itinerary. In Switzerland I would recommend one whole day In jungfra and another day in Mount Titlis. If your plan permits you need a full day in Lucerne one of the most loveliest city must to visit. As far as packages are concerned you can check with Thomas cook and Cox and kings. They offer customised travel.
