Yes if you do budget planning as most of place's entry is free..meal is cheap and you can stay at hostels..
Rajasthan is a popular tourist place so you will get hostels easily.. And Mumbai is well-connected by trains A lot depends on when you are travelling too

Around 15k for Rajasthan main cities Like Bikaner, Jaipur, Jaiselmer and for Mumbai you can travel with Locals and buses so 8k-10k is fine.
