* Yes ,you can travel to goa now and it will be great to travel to goa at April time .
Goa has many things to do like beach enjoyment,banana rides , scuba diving,paraselling,other water activities, shopping, clubbing,hiking to nearby forests, exploring offbeat waterfalls , shopping tourist markets , relaxing at secret beaches ,casino and camping at beach .
* Eventhough everything has become normal now and goa was unlocked first only comparing to all states . you can travel freely to goa , but just be aware that huge amount of crowd is travelling to goa ,so you need to be safe ,use mask most of the time , avoid touching random placea and visiting more offbeat places this time .
*the issue is whole india is focusing to goa and now international flights too are opened ,so it's quite unsafe but with proper sanitization and it's requirements,you can travel safely .

Looking at the situation right now, I would rather suggest to wait for some time before you plan.. or go ahead with cancellable bookings and decide during the month of april.. as Goa is a place which has tourist flocking from all nationals..

Correct even I'm a local.... There are already 3 positive cases in Goa... N not everything is closed you'll somehow find something or the other but it's best don't travel or come down to goa please

There has not even been one confirmed case of coronavirus in Goa. Other states like Maharashtra, Delhi, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and more.. have confirmed cases. Re-search is also indicating that warmer weather is a deterrent to viruses and the weather forecast for April is 33°C High and 26°C Low. In my opinion Goa is a pretty safe destination compared to many others

In Goa , positive cases have not been detected since they are only doing thermal screening at the airport. It is not safe to travel there. Also , Corona virus is not affected too much by warm temperatures. Even Dubai has warm temperatures and Corona virus is spreading there as well

3 positive cases are reported in Goa.
Everything here is under lockdown and mostly will be extended beyond 15th April. Do not visit Goa at this point.
