Rishikesh and nainital are opposites... if you are planning to go nainital then you can visit jim Corbett, ranikhet, almora... whereas rishikesh is near to Dehradun.. you can visit haridwar, mussoorie, dhanaulti from there

Visit corbett and nainital first then take the train from haldwani to haridwar and change for rishikesh from there and take train from haridwar/dehradun for return

You can easily cover nainital and corbett in 2 -3 days...all you need is road map till nainital or train tickets till kathgodam.
You can find prepaid taxis from Kathgodam station which might charge you 100 -200 per seat. Or You can take a bus from Haldwani Bus stand..there is a bus in every 15-20 minutes.
From nainital you can book a cab for corbett..
If you are visiting Corbett then you need to enter into a town called Ramnagar..you will be able to find taxis till the park or book some hotel which will provide you the cab.
Rishikesh is closer from haridwar which is 300+ kms from nainital.
