Rock Garden is never miss, next could be Sukhna Lake and Capitol Complex (Govt Buildings etc, UNESCO World Heritage Sites).

Rock Garden is not to be missed, you may also see Capitol Complex (you may not be allowed to visit them as these buildings are highly secured complexes). If time permits, visit Sukhna Lake and newly opened Bird Sanctuary which is closeby.
