Bir - bilings is best option for paragliding lovers all around it's one of the best place for paragliding some another options are manali, solang velly & dharamshala I did paragliding in dharamshala it was so amazing both dharamshala & bir bilings close to kangra velly close to each other though manali is on another track

Oviously Bir. it's cost around 2500 per person. Best time for paragliding September and June or November to December. but closed during the months of July and August due to the monsoon season.
