Hi, It is possible to visit Chandrashila any time in the year except when it is snowing heavily. Although it generally snows from January to March, you can visit then too if the weather is not that bad. Go through others' itineraries on Tripoto to get an idea about travelling to Chandrashila when it's deeply covered with snow. Attaching some articles below! Have a great trip!

You wont be able to make it to chandrashila bcos of 10 or 15ft snow. But you can trek to tungnath as there is defined path for that
