You can do all things in 5k per person easily as you are going in group of 50 people so for travel and hotel it will.be less amount .

Accomodation may get cheaper but for food it will be very high, and try to avoid weekends for staying in hotels they'll cost too much

I travelled to Bali last year and visited Ubud, Kuta, Seminyak.
Ubud was the best of the three - make sure to keep enough time in Ubud to get massages and to relax in the cafes. Ubud has beautiful cafes and delicious food. Do try the coconut ice cream there, it is very different from what you get in India and thailand. When in Kuta or Semiyak, keep a day to explore Nusa Penida. This is a hidden gem and the place is breathtakingly beautiful! If you are interested in trekking, you can trek down the Kelingking beach. It is a ardous trek, but the experience is worth the effort. The island does not have very good roads and infra so be prepared for a rough day out, but it's worth it. Go for pushkar one day before the holi celebration and make sure to pre-book your stay as the demand is always so high at that time in pushkar, hotel prices normally raises around 3 to 4 times the price in ordinary days,for any assistance you can contact me on msoni64041@gmail.com. Read learn more about each offer and accordingly the total amount to be paid wil be given there. it may have amount from 25 percent discount to 75 discount in total normal amount to be paid.

Yes it is doable. the costing should not beyond 5000 per person considering 4 to 5 pax. The food and stay is cheaper and readily available.
