Hey Devaditya, It's safe to travel to goa for woman gang. Some of the precautions need to be take care specially don't roam alone at night. Some of the best places one can explore in Goa are baga Beach, old basicila church, boating.

If you want to go for partying and crowded place: North goa is best. Baga, calanguate, sequerium are good beaches. Anjuna is good one to stay as well. If you wana chill and be with yourself go to south Goa.
Agonda beach has plethora of huts option and safe to stay.
