You should visit meghalaya during start of winters. Everything is at its best. And its totally safe.

if you are planning to opt for a twin sharing trip and going alone then you have to pay some amount. Tripoto have announced this options for twin sharing trips as lots of people wants to take their friends and family of free trips, so this options allows them to take the second person for a discounted price. If you want to redeem it for one person then you will have to pay as well.

Well you chose one of the best places in India for travelling but it does not become "BEST" by just choosing the destination the plans and itinearies do matter. So, to stay i must suggest that you shall check 'homestays' believe they are more awesome than any five star hotels, they are too much comfortable and if the house is big you may get other companions too! which makes your travelling worth because travelling is all about meeting new people and exploring new places.

Regular buses go from Kashmiri Gate ISBT. I would recommend you to take HRTC volvo bus as it is almost 12 hours journey. I had also gone to Dhramsala solo, last month. Check out the following articles, they would help planning your journey and travel-

UpvoteCommentHi Vinay, you can not just camp anywhere in Goa, especially around the beaches. However you can camp in vicinity of hotels or shacks or private lands. You will have to take permission from hotel/shack owners and some might ask for charges as well.

I think that November to April is the best time to visit Kaziranga National Park. And the Worst Time is during Monsoon.
