Yes, December is a good time to do NorthEast India, the weather is perfect its not hot and humid, there is no rain so all the places are accessible. Also not all the places in North East receive snowfall so there is no issue of roads getting blocked as well. I'm also attaching with this comment a post about backpacking across Northeast which will help you plan your trip.
Hi, the cost and duration of your circuit would depend on what all location do you want to cover and is this circuit is going to be on road of you are going to trek. One of the best possible circuit to cover whole of Himachal is you start from Delhi then head on to Shimla, from Shimla to Kinnaur(covering Chitkul-Sangla and Kalpa), from Kinnaur you should head to Spiti Valley(Key-Kaza-Kibber), after Spiti Valley you should head to Lahaul valley (Keylong-Jispa), from Lahaul Head to Manali doing all the nearby destination like Kasol and Kullu. After Manali you can head to Dharamshala region which includes Palampur, Bir-Billing, Mcleodganj and from there you can head to Dalhousie. This should be your last point in Himachal, you can head to Pathankot from here and get a Delhi bound train. All of these areas can be covered in the public transport, HRTC have a very good service and their buses goes to all these locations.
If you wish to hire a cab to reach the airport or other destinations, three service providers stand ready, with a smart fleet. Karnataka Taxi, MegaCabs, and Meru Cabs, are the official taxi operators at Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru. They provide you convenient, safe, easily accessible, and cost-effective travel in a standard, air-conditioned sedan. Airport taxi service can be availed at the airport for travel to Bengaluru city and vice versa.
or else you can always rely on UBER or OLA

Hi Akash, your plan seems good enough. Additionally i'm just mentioning some things to do in Bali and how to enjoy the nightlife in Bali
Things to do in Bali

To enjoy the nightlife you can head to NIght Markets, Night Clubs, Beach Clubs, Traditional fire dance performances. Some night clubs you can hit while in Bali are: Mirror Bali lounge and club, Jenja and Bounty Discotheque.
Hi Prajyot, Euro is a foreign currency in Switzerland, so accepting it results in extra costs and risks for shop owners. Therefore, if you pay with Euros, change will be in Swiss francs and the exchange rate is mostly not in your favor. For longer stays, it is cheaper and more convenient to have Swiss francs at hand.
It is a really good time. You can experience snowfall and the beauty of snow covered mountains. Manali is the most beautiful in this time. Happy travelling !!
Hey Jenil, Spiti is always better to explore completely which would demand a sweet 8 days to complete the circuit .... You won't be able to witness snow in month of aug and September, but you can see snow clad mountains far .... I had done spiti in the first week of August this year and felt that's the best time to completely explore .... The circuit would be Shimla - Narkanda - Jeori - Kinnaur - Sangla - Chitkul - Sangla - Reckong peo - Nako - Gue Village - Tabo - Dhankar - Pin valley - Kaza - Kee - Langza - Komic - Hikkim - Kibber - Gete - Tashigang - Losar - kunzum pass - Chadertal - Batal - Chattru - Gramphoo - Rohtang pass - Marhi - Manali ..... Just read about each place on Google and i bet you that you will decide to explore each and every mentioned place here fully ... Happy Travelling Bro!!!
This depends on what kind of person are you? If you are Adventurous, trekking is the best option. If you want to settle down in a place and enjoy the nature, either Ladakh or Spiti valley would do. I would prefer Spiti valley since it is no so touristy.
