Hello Gaurav ,I will be happy to answer your travel queryπ . *comparing Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh provides good facilities you too early governance and easy transportation.
*the most unique thing about Himachal is the small village Malana located in district Kullu on the way to Kasol situated in beautiful Parvati valley. *there are some homemade vines only found in Himachal they are angoorie,Noorie etc. Himachal Pradesh has a huge list of adventure activities but Uttarakhand too is developing in it .there are some great adventure activities like river rafting ,still water sports ,bungee jumping, river crossing paragliding ,skiing , cabel car way and much more. *Himachal is also much known for its handloom and handicrafts.concluding from all the points mentioned above there is no way one can defy the fact that exploring Himachal Pradesh is much better choice if you haven't visited both Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.and there's nearly same temperature and same conditions in both the state in October .

Both Himachal and Uttarakhand are very nice in October. However, it is raining very heavily in Himachal. So please keep an eye out for the weather, especially if you are planning to go in the first week of October.

If you are unemployed that is really not an issue as long as you are planning to go on a Tourist Visa or can show a certain amount in your bank account statements depicting that you can take care of your expense or someone is willing to sponsor your trip.
Rest of the formalities are as per the defined guidelines for tourist visa policy.

Hey Jinal, Take a boat from Palolem or Agonda beach and reach Butterfly Island or Beach. You can also take a 2 hour trek to reach this beach. This beach is accessible all 7 days of the week and you the time is from 9 am to 5 pm. I would suggest you go in evening, as the place is also famous for good sunset. It must be Neelkanth Mahadev or Nag Tibba Trek. Never heard of Nigga trek. Neelkanth trek is possible in one day. For the latter, you'd have to go to Dehradun or Mussorie.

Yess, you can be back in Office Monady morning. Yess, all you have to do is book a good sleep optional berth, either in a train or in a bus to and fro between Delhi and Dehradun. Happy Trekking!!!

Hey satwik, singapore is very beautiful. Some of the must visit places are sentosa island, universal studio,gardens by the bay, marina bay sands, merlion park, night safari, singapore flyer, clarke quay. And if you love food then do try their yummiest crab chilly and fish head curry.

Hey Sushant, The weather in Spiti Valley would be bad, as manali and shimla are seeing the wrath of rain and landslides. As per weather forecast, its getting better in 4 or 5 days. But, to get a perfect picture of what's happening there. I would suggest you to call local people there if you know one or the best way would be to call the hotel guys or home stay guys. You can easily rent bike from Siliguri as well Gangtok too. Gangtok is costlier than silliguri. But u will need inner line permit from gangtok or Rongpo.
