Hello Sir, you dont need permit for Leh and the Ladakhi heartland region as OCI holder(considered as Indian National). However, you would need Permits for the Tso Moriri, Turtuk, Siachen and Nubra are easily arranged over a day from any of the many travel agents along Changspa lane in Leh.

Neha, Vietnam is a long country with 3 different weather systems. While spring would be a good time to go, for almost all places, you should first zero in parts of Vietnam that you want to travel to.

Nainital is awesome place to spend holidays. Try to book the hotels in advane otherwise it will be very costly. Explore other tals also like bheemtal, kamal tal. carrying a warm clothes is must for winter. Enjoy!!!!

Hi Geetanjali, May-June is tourist season in Manali so prices are going to be higher. You can stay in Zostel, old Manali or you can find cheaper homestay in Vashisth near the temple area. Hi Suman, January is a good time to visit Shillong as the weather is pleasant and rains are relatively lesser. January is off season for Bhutan as it is very cold during that time. You can choose your destination accordingly. Keep travelling!
