Hi, Vikas!
You will be needing an International Drivers' Permit (IDP) apart from an Indian DL to drive in Hungary and Prague. You can obtain it online through car rental agencies, but be wary of scams. Additionally, if you haven't yet created an itinerary for your impending trip you can refer to this for help: https://www.tripoto.com/trip/my-first-solo-trip-to-europe-when-i-traveled-to-budapest-prague-and-amsterdam-57ea9508be97e Also, attached below are some budget hotel options in Budapest and Prague for your perusal. Hope this answers your query. Let me know in case you need additional information.
Not sure about Prague and Hungary. Some countries like France, Germany allow you to drive with Indian license. To be on the safer side, I would recommend you to get International licence from your city RTO; it's a very simple process.
Hi, Pradumna!

Hi Vijay, Here's how you can spend a day in Delhi visit the vibrant bazaars of Chandni Chowk that make way for Lutyens New Delhi and while you're here, feast on the street food and the variety of sweets and shop for handicrafts and souvenirs; for an insight into Delhi's Mughal connection, go to the 16th century Humayuns Tomb, the towering sandstone mosque of Jama Masjid, and experience the sound and light show at Red Fort; for spiritual enlightenment, go to the extravagant Akshardham Temple and Hazrat Nizam-ud-din Dargah, that boasts of magical sufi music performances.
Thanks i agree 100% with you and you were exactly to the point. I will follow same and hopefully enjoy too... r u intersted in company to me for the same? Hi Pranav, This depends on numerous things. For example, what kind of budget do you have in mind for your trip, or the kind of ambience you want to surround yourself with hotels guarantee you privacy and is perfect if you're travelling with family, your partner or in general, a big group; whereas hostels are perfect if you're looking to meet people from across the globe, exchange stories about your journey and travelling solo.
Hi Ashish, Even though you had attached all the necessary travel document in your application, there's a chance that the embassy might have found your bank balance to be insufficient. However, please go through the following article for further details. Thanks
At times the embassy rejects the visa application for no apparent reason. My greece visa got rejected in 2016 even when i submitted every thing . i reapplied with a covering letter and I was granted the visa .
So don't loose heart and re-apply.
Hi Swati, Vietnam is great place to be explored solo. If you have few days you can cover Saigon, Hoi An, Hanoi, Ha long Bay. You can find details about my solo trip to Vietnam here: https://goo.gl/gXKLpF Keep exploring!
Hello Swati, I visited Vietnam this July and it was awesome. You can go to Hanoi and stay @backpacker area from where you can go to cat ba islands(avoid ha long bay area as it crowded and similar nature can be witnessed @Catba island) its great. Post that, you can go travel to Sapa(nature @its best) again via Hanoi. you can catch a train(good experience) or flight to Ho Chi Minh City(Saigon). In Saigon, u'l mostly find Vietnam War museums and places relevant to it (nothing else). Aprt from that you can explore Mekong Delta (2 days are enough) and Nha Trang 450kms away. Thats it and PEOPLE are awesome and make you feel good and homely :) Good Luck!!
Well you could do Prague, Vienna and Bratislava in the three days but you would be pushing it. Other than Bratislava, none of the other countries you are visiting will be possible in a day. I spend 4 days in Budapest and stll couldn't cover the whole city! If you want to actually enjoy your travel I say atleast 2 days in Prague and maybe 1 day in Bratislava! Bon Voyage!
