Hi .... sunny if you have two days for your jaisalmer trip day 1 ----- you can spend you day to explore jaisalmer fort , along with some beautiful Havelis, like patwon ki haveli, salem singh haveli etc. these haveli s quite close to jaisalmer fort. & at the evening you can go to gadisar lake for sunset. day 2 --- you can hire a Two wheeler bike, scooty, etc. you can go for kuldhara village, and sum sand dunes. which is around 40 to 50 kilometer from jaisalmer. deserts area like sum sand dunes is must if you are in jaisalmer. see sunset there & come back to jaisalmer
You can either take a flight upto Bhuntar Airport (Kullu) and go to Manali (50 km) by a cab from there, or take a cab or night Volvo bus from Delhi to Manali (around 10 to 11 hours).

It will be difficult to do justice to Khajuraho Monuments in half a day as it takes nearly 6 hours from Khajuraho to Bandhavgarh (not sure whether night driving is recommended in that sector). You may get a cab, book in advance after some research on google about cab operators in that area.
With friends - better plan on your own, it will be cheaper. Search home-stays online or take tips from friends or from this platform, hire activa scooter there and roam around.
Hardik jee, I admire your decision to visit Devbhoomi HP by road all the way from Ahmedabad but in that case 1 week may not be adequate. I will suggest you to cover Dalhousie-Khajjiar and Dharamshala-McLeodgunj sector of HP which needs minimum 4 nights in HP (you may refer to my HP trips for more details).
