It al depends on you. if you go on your own and not from any touring company then its cheaper. Also it depends on how you travel (own vehicle, sharing with friends, public transport). You can carry your own tent and camp when possible to make it budget friendly trip.

It totally depends where you gonna plan your trek? Monsoon is one of the most unpredictable weather in the mountains. Many risk factors do prevail like, landslides(which is very common), unexpected heavy downpour, risk of getting a infection is too common, and Snakes!!! I fear them a lot, especially in the jungle treks. But this weather is like an ornament that each and every mountains love to wear and monsoon makes mountains so beautiful. There will be clouds now and in the next moment there will be sunshine. Dense fog will engulf, tthe damp, swampy, misty fragrance will make things more alluring. So I'll suggest to visit some Hill station during the monsoon, and best time to trek is winters, snakes go into hibernation, and I love this fact so much.

Agar apko Goa jana hai, ap sept end se lekar oct ke 1st week tak ja sakte hai... isse apka fayeda bohot hai, 1- kharcha bohot kam hota hai
2- nature ka bharpur anand le payenge
3- chaaro taraf hariyali milegi apko. ek suggestion hai: wahan se pune ka distance zyada dur nahi hai, pune ka trip miss mat karna...

Monsoons of goa are best. And just in case you don't know You are allowed to enter goa only if you are Fully vaccinated with 2 doses

Only if you have to go to another airport to board the flight, you would need a transit visa. As long as you are inside the same airport, you do not need a transit visa.
