Start with Jammu and visit Vaishno Devi and post that you should book taxi to Kashmir, coz if you will start from Kashmir there u have less options of cabs.

For Kedarnath, you can directly go there and ask people around for a stay. For Chopta as well, there are homestays there. Hotels are less since there is no network and they are hard to find online. There is this Moksha cafe for bikers just before Chopta.
