You can join with the groups that depart from Manali to Ladakh as the group has medics, mechanics and guides as well. For Delhi to Manali you can manage through Punjab which has good network of roads and plenty of options to stay, eat and relax.

If you are looking for a camera for videography then you can buy cannon cameras, they are good in videography and photography too. Also they are budget friendly. :)

We had a round trip to Bangalore on 23rd March and it got cancelled. but we haven't yet got any refund. the money hasn't been transferred to my bank account.

Hey! There are so many!! Trekkers love places like Kasol, Chopta, Nag Tibba, Manali, Tehri, Ladakh, Kerala, Gokarna, Hampi, etc. Then snow lovers usually like Bir, Shimla, Srinagar, Kullu, Mussoorie, etc. Also the best forests are found in either the east or the south. Some people love deserts too and so appreciate places like Jaisalmer. I personally love waterfalls so places like Shillong and Sikkim are my kind. Honestly I can go on and on there are only so many places one can go!
