In Manali, you can find plenty of operators and rental shops where you can hire models such as Royal Enfield and Himalayan.
You can also hire a bike from Delhi but chances are, it will cost you much higher.
You can find frequent buses running between Siliguri and Phuentsholing or Jaigaon. These bus services are operated by Royal Bhutan Government. From Phuentsholing, you can find taxis and buses to Thimpu.
So, you can get a direct bus to Bhutan but have to change the bus after reaching there to reach other areas such as Thimpu.
Only advisable if you are travelling solo or group of guys.... else there is lot of nuisance around those rishikesh camps ...mainly budget camps..so be careful
