For Phillipines you want to take visa , if you have layover in Singapore you can freely enjoy Singapore city tour it depends on your layover which exceeds 4hours can avail the offer in airport and its free of cost no need to pay

Take a bus from Kashmiri gate to Dharamshala. Then take a bus from Dharamshala bus stand to Mc'Leodganj. Buses are easily available for Mc'Leodganj. You can hire a shared taxi to reach gullu devi temple fron where you can start your trek.

Nope, the best you can do is to try to convince your cab driver to let you drive, which in most cases doesn't happen. You can only rent self drive bikes in ladakh.

U can easily hire a bike to travel around but self drive cars r not available there at ladakh. all u can do is that u can get self drive car from Delhi n chandigarh. if u really wanna experience drive yourself from low land...
