Buses and autos are available. Even some cabs are available. But the fare may increase because of the tourist spot. Auto drivers charge based on our appearance so it is better use pre paid cabs r should bargain to auto drivers

Ypu can travel to the places where you feel cool.. because July is a month where sun bombards like anything... places like moussoorie, chopta-tugnath, hemkhund sahib... are great... you'll get a amazing experience

The cheapest way is the Himachal roadways or Haryana roadways from Kashmiri gate bus stand . you can take ordinary bus which will be more cheaper.

It will be very hot and humid..carry sunscreen..advantage eveything will be cheap..stays on beach will not be available due to rains..book in advance..stay in north goa near calangute or candolim..hire a scooty or bike and roam around with google map

It will be pretty hot in June, take precautions to protect yourself from sun. Else you can have best time in goa.
Must visit places in North goa. There are lot many Beaches, Forts and Pubs. Baga Beach is great with Tito's and Shopping. You can try some adventurous sports as well like Scuba. Also on the way Goa you can visit Dandeli if you like nature and many water sports available here.

Yes..you can only thing you have to start early morning like 4..it's around 60 kms from the city..you need to prepare yourself for that ..carry all amenities that may be required during cycling & water is must

Would suggest you to start late night like around 2 am so you will have enough Peaceful time cycling also you will be on time to view sun rise which is best here. You can refer my 'Adventure night trek" blog on Tripoto. The hill I spoke about in this blog is next to Nandi hills so it will provide you clear picture. Also would suggest you to carry some energy drinks, water and fruits. On the way you can anyways find tea stalls and get yummy Maggie's.
