Can anybody suggest a vacation for 1-2 days in June from Delhi??

Phuket would be better, as there you can get good hotels at a cheap price and also it's directly connected with the flight from India. It's considered to be the best holiday destination.

1. Bara Imambara One of the finest historical monuments in Lucknow, Bara Imambara, is an architectural marvel and a gem of engineering. It has a central hall, which is believed to be the largest arched hall in the world 2. Chota Imambara Located close to Bara Imambara, Chota Imambara is another marvelous monument in Lucknow. Built in the 19th century 3. Rumi Darwaza This is one of the most impressive monuments of Lucknow. This majestic gateway is the entrance to the old city of Lucknow. Also called Turkish Gate, the structure is a fascinating example of Awadhi architecture. 4. Husainabad Clock Tower This clock tower stands near Rumi Darwaza and is the best example of British architecture in Lucknow. Built in 1887, this 7-story clock tower is India’s tallest clock tower. 5. Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Park Among the many green spaces in Lucknow, this spectacular garden is the best place to enjoy a serene time among lush greenery. The garden is named after the renowned political leader, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia. 6. Satkhanda One of the top attractions of Lucknow is Satkhanda. This watchtower is made of red bricks and is a monument of immense visual beauty. Originally it was meant to be a 7 story high tower, but only 4 levels could be completed. 7. Sikandar Bagh One of the most beautiful gardens of Lucknow, Sikandar Bagh was built in 1800 by the last Nawab of Awadh. It was one of the places to have stormed by the British during the 1857 rebellion. Today it is occupied by the National Botanical Research Institute of India. 8. Shahi Baoli Among the most impressive structures of Lucknow is the Shahi Baoli, or Royal Step Well. Built as a water reservoir, the step well has a magnificent architectural design. Its reference is found in the travelogues of royal guests who describe its most striking characteristic, the secret views of the reflected images of people standing at the entrance, on the waters of the well. 9. Begum Hazrat Mahal Park Among the most historical places of Lucknow, Begum Hazrat Mahal Park was built in memory of Begum Hazrat Mahal, the first wife of Nawab Wajid Ali Shah. She played a crucial role in the uprising of 1857. The park has beautiful fountains, stoned pathways, various trees and flowering plants. It’s a tranquil place, situated away from the chaos of the city. 10. Gautam Buddha Park Lucknow has some spectacular gardens and Gautam Buddha Park is one of them. It is the perfect place for relaxation for kids as well as elders. It is a place of lush greenery and serene tranquility. Visitors to the park can enjoy paddle boating and leisurely time at the park.

Visit chowk to enjoy local delicacies & chikankari shopping.
Hazratganj is the heart of lucknow-spend evenings in hazratganj
Visit asia’s largest park-janeshwar mishra park.
Also go to marine drive area to see the feel of lucknow.nearby is fountain park opens 6:30 enjoy the fountain show.in evening visit ambedkar park..its very beautiful and many movies shoot is done here.

*Actually ,I would prefer you to go for a good trek like kedarkantha,tirthan valley,sar pass trek ,pand such treks which attracts a huge of wanderers .This is because all those people will be nature lovers and hence there won't be any conflict of different choices .
*There are many treks starting from manali and some good companies like bikat ,capture a trip etc are totally dedicated to those treks .

UpvoteCommentThats a good idea to visit Himachal/Uttrakhand during the time when entire states feels like Summer is eating them. Himachal is generally know for kullu manali n more trekking places so thats can be the major attraction to visit whereas Uttrakhand has beauty in its every district like dehradun has waterparks+mousurie Rishikesh has bungee jumping, cliff jumping, rafting camping trekking and many more
haldwani naninital and other kumaoun region consist of lakes and hills where you can spend a quality time.. Garhwal region is main devbhumi region where ypu can have a amazing experience of trekking+ visits to Chardham.

Buses and cabs are available to go to Munnar Top Station. Not sure about the trekking options here as most of the circuit is only roads

Money actually depends on you when you will reach rishikesh its gonna take 370 for each to reach Gopeshwar and from there Chopra is around 40-50km private cabs will take 1500 and space is of 5people sk around 300-400 sharing basis for coming and going. af6er trekking to tungnath come back rest at gopeshwar and next morning leave for joshimath and trek to valley of flowers

October to February is the winter season and is considered to be the best time to visit Manali if you like the cold and January is best to enjoy the chilly pleasure of fresh snowfall . The temperature drops down below zero degrees Celsius.

Chopta is amazing place to trek... and if you want to travel a lot in this place ao pick up the package of chopta-tungnath-chandrashila. it will hardly take 4 days and cost rs1500 per night if you are individual on the trip. most of the trekkers reduce the cost if you have a group onto the trip which must be more than 8 members.
