3N Is enough For Mauritius's trip. There is not To much to Visit other Then Beach..

It will cost you around 70-80k. The flight tickets are generally expensive
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Total expense would be around 1.5-2L You can book villas on airbnb..a one on a hill will cost cheaper compared to beach hotels..the villas are very private and comfortable..just check reviewsbefore hand and have all the facilities including swimming pool, kitchen(oven, refrigerator, cookstove etc) Seychelles is expensive in terms of food and travel..so carry some ready to cook stuff like mtr mixes and you can cook them in the kitchen of your villa and this way you will save a lot of money otherwise a meal would cost around 8k..Also you can book car in rent for your entire trip.this will cost you around 10k excluding petrol. When you have your own vehicle then you may roam around any where at your comfort. Shopping in sychelles is very expensive as well and they take only cash in local market so in case you want to shop carry cash in their currency with you.So main thing is Food & vehicle if you save on these two you can enjoy your entire trip without overburden of expenses

I do not think that there is any registration fee. you have to select places which you'd like to travel to in exchange of offering: 1. any skill 2. volunteering 3. helping in an sustainable project. also, you offer your skill for making more facilities available which varies from places to places. You may get free tour for one location in exchange of offering a skill or so but for other location, yo may not have option of free tours. basically, you get to have facilities if you are ready to offer any of those 3 things mentioned above as well.

Registration is free but for verified profile you have to pay $49 per year so you can contact/chat with anyone easily.

First of all, I would like to say that your project seems an eyeopening one. There has been a little known about rural tourism and I am glad that it is also getting relevance these days. I believe your questions must be based more upon there perspective about how the people there think about rural tourism and how it is becoming a part and parcel of their life? Secondly How is urban tourism influencing their lives? How many people are actually aware about this segment of tourism? You gonna dig deep towards there point of view and be vigilant enough I am sure you gonna enjoy your project. Best of luck!
