There are many trains ,the first one you get around 5am from kalka..irctc website..but this may be the peak season so book in advance..morning 6am train is the best with awesome views in morning

You can check online for the car availability..the road to the pass is good..although nov will be best to visit there but still you can go anytime just get bookings in advance or ask your hotel to arrange the cab for you or get a tour operator who does entire arrangement..you get plenty of them online
