Try the campsites near Mashobra. This place is about 10 kms from main Shimla. Mashobra Greens is one of better campsites with cottages in that area.

Stay in shimla you will find alot of cheap and besthotel near ridge.

Well, you may find the best resort for wedding in Jaipur but I know in Shimla you can get the best wedding destination for you. So, I would suggest Toshali Royal View for getting all the wedding facilities if you have any requirements.
