Hii there , I have Already visited manali in first week of January this year , best thing is take a rental bike or scooty , then go to Hadimba temple , nearby Mall road , After go to Vashisth temple it's around 5-6 kms from main market , Nearby that you will find jogini falls , and very beautiful views which will mesmerize you , Visit the club house also, Have some local food there , Day one will complete here , Just be ready for the blast for next days with full of energy And start your bike and head towards Solang valley , Gulaba , Kothi etc places , Don't forget to take a Snow dress & shoes , Your entire day will pass there , And come back to hotel and relax , That's all for the two days , if you want you can add more places which are around main city , Talking about manikaran , tosh, jibhi and kasol are around 40-50 kms away from manali , you will need to have almost more 2 days for that , So taking a rental bike from manali & going there will not be a good idea .

2 days is too short for locations like Manali. Dalhousie, Khhajiar and Dharamshala can be done in 2 days
