Hello Onkar, I hope you know that it is one of the most difficult treks of the Western ghats of the Sahyadris. At many points the rock formation on the mountain is at 85 degrees and you need a lot of skill and concentration inside you to make it. Which Island? if its a private island, still safe but if an island where there are many other people like Maafusi, my recommendation would be to avoid given the weak healthcare system of Maldives

Considering its remote location, it is advised to take out at least 4-5 days to plan a trip to Chitkul (from Delhi). Wen I went to Darjeeling we couldn't fine any paragliding there.. but yes usually people clun gangtok and darjeeling.. and yes gangtok has n no of adventure spots for paragliding.. and the view from the top is just amazing.. you can definitely try it out there. it would cost you around 5k.. and it purely depends on the wind and the weathe6.. if it rains or drizzles they would not go ahead with it..
